Japanese Footed Cutting Board. This cutting board reflects an appreciation for Japanese architecture. The removable Hard Maple top makes this a popular cutting board (see picture 2). The edge on the maple top is beveled to give it a finished, refined look.The base is made from Brazilian Cherry.

Wood cutting boards can last indefinitely with a minimum of care. Rub with food safe mineral oil or a quality cutting board care finish to rejuvenate the wood and maintain cell structure. (Don’t use cooking, furniture, lemon, orange, olive oils; or Murphy’s Oil Soap because they may become rancid or tacky.)
