About Us

Our products are made by us in our Wood Shop in Colorado.

 Design

What is the importance of furniture function, furniture size, and furniture design?  Furniture  function  is how your furniture and accessories serve you.  The  size  allows you to place it in the space provided.  But the design is where we find the  styleThat’s where we find the most fun.

Find your style

What do we look at?  Is the molding flat or angular, simple or compound curves?  Are the panels flat, raised or flush?  Are the legs turned, square, tapered, fluted, or cabriole?  Is there embellishment in applied pieces or ornamental hardware?  Design elements give us a way to style.

Quality Woods

We build quality wood furniture and accessories, using quality materials.  We like to use jazzy, interesting, grainy woods – like red oak, white oak or pine.  And woods that have their own warmth and softness,  like alder and maple.  You can’t improve on the natural color found in Brazilian cherry.

Quality Finishes

We’re known for finishes that beg to be touched.  We specifically select some woods just for their color.  That’s when we use our easy-care, clear finishes.  Sometimes we select a wood for hardness or grain pattern and we might give it a toasted nutmeg finish so rich you almost smell the nutmeg spice or a “roasted tomato red” wash over a cute little cupboard that suggests the Southwest flavor of red hot chillies.

What do we sell?

Wall Shelves, Wall Mirrors, Children’s Tables and Chairs, and footed Cutting Boards.  We produce a variety of styles such as:  Country, Arts & Crafts or Mission Oak, European Country, and Rustic.
