Return and Exchange Policies of Rasmussen Furniture and Accessories, Inc.

 We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 Our promise to you is that we do our best to describe and show what we sell, and that what you buy is delivered safely and quickly.  If you decide you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product.  Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

 If products arrive damaged, please contact us at 1-800-498-3791 or 1-719-372-6445 within 5 business days of receipt and retain all packing materials.  You can also email us at info@rasmussenfurniture.com.

 Follow these easy steps to return merchandise:

  1. Contact us right away and ask for merchandise return form.
  2. Complete return form and place in box with merchandise you are returning.
  3. Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material.
  4. Return package by preferred shipping company to address below:

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund or credit for the returned merchandise. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.  Merchandise must be returned in its original unused condition.
